No tools or experience are necessary to participate. Generally, we work regardless of the weather and we just ask you to bring a bottled water for yourself. You must be at least 18 years of age to operate power tools and no one under age of 14 is allowed on an active build site.

Construction, this committee meets to discuss the work and scope of the building projects and keeps the board of directors up to date on what is happening with each construction site.
Development, this committee spearheads functions and fundraisers. It plans and executes any activity in which Habitat is seen or involved publicly.
Homeowner Selection, this committee meets to go through applications for each family and under goes a list of criteria, makes appointments to visit families for personal interviews and makes recommendations to the board.
Homeowner Support, this committee acts as a liaison to the board and helps to coach the families through times and situations where they may need some extra help and encouragement.
Finance, this committee helps oversee the organizations monies for building and running the office. It helps to also give advice on where and when to spend monies on projects Habitat does through out the year.
Volunteer Coordinator, this individual heads up a committee in which thank you letters are sent out to donors, calls are returned to applicants, questions are answered to prospective volunteers and volunteer activities are communicated to through email blasts and the board of directors. This person acts as the communication hub of the organization.
